New York, NY—Ray Griffiths Fine Jewelry has a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about jewelry to be an office manager/pa/production assistant. 

  • Location: Midtown NYC
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Wage: Compensation commensurate with experience
  • Start Date: Now
  • Job responsibilities include:
  • Maintain day-to-day office functions
  • Read, review and respond to emails
  • Manage/Supervise designers calendar
  • Organize and maintain designers schedule and travel
  • Co-ordinate trade and trunk shows preparation
  • Co-ordinate with bookkeeper to manage relationship with vendors, service providers
  • Co-ordinate with Sales Manager to maintain stock, consignment and marketing support
  • Coordinate with Designer to manage production and maintain database.
  • Updating Social Media and Website as required

Requirements:

  • Office management, administrative or assistant experience is a must
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Independent worker with a can-do team player attitude
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of Mac, Microsoft Office Suite, FileMaker, QuickBooks, Word press and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones is a preferred
