Office Operations Assistant/Customer Service October 30, 2015

Beny Sofer is looking for a candidate who will work alongside the department manager of a branded company. This is a fast paced, high pressure position. Please have previous experience in a customer service AND office operations role.

Responsibilities include:
- Customer service
- Customer follow up
- Assisting department manager in day to day tasks
- Prepare for trade shows

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and follow up skills with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products including, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be a quick learner and able to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work efficiently and independently with little supervision.
- Customer service experience a must.
- Must be a team player with ability to collaborate with colleagues in order to achieve company objectives.
