24 Karat Club of New York Celebrated the Jewelry Industry with Sold-Out Banquet March 12, 2024 (0 comments)

New York, NY--The Twenty-Four Karat Club of the City of New York hosted its Annual Banquet on March 9 at Cipriani South Street, bringing together the industry’s top leaders and notables.

“It’s an honor to be able to bring together so many of my peers within the jewelry industry for a celebratory evening,” says Jeffrey Cohen, Twenty-Four Karat Club of the City of NY President. “We all share a common goal of elevating the industry across diamonds, watches, and jewelry categories, and it’s moments like these where we can acknowledge the ongoing work that is being done towards progress.”

Notable event attendees across diamonds, watches and jewelry included honorary guests, Lisa Bridge, president, American Gem Society; Susan Chandler, president of Women’s Jewelry Association; Richard Katz, vhairperson of Jewelers Board of Trade; Feriel Zerouki, president, World Diamond Council; Rebecca Foerster, chairperson, Jewelers Vigilance Committee; David Bouffard, chairperson, Responsible Jewellery Council; Kimberly Collins, president, AGTA; Alan Zimmer, chairperson, Jewelers’ Security Alliance; Malyia McNaughton, president, Black in Jewelry Coalition; and Coleman Clark, chairperson, Jewelers of America.

Tickets to this Annual Event, which was sold out once again, can only be purchased exclusively by its members.

Part of the festivities included live entertainment by multi-talented performer, Sarge, and musical performances by internationally acclaimed vocalist, Christopher Macchio who was joined by rising vocalist Christina Maxwell. The annual event began with a cocktail soiree, followed by dinner and live entertainment.

The evening closed with an after party where guests danced the night away to the music of DJ Shiran.

The Twenty-Four Karat Club of the City of New York has been a driving force for 122 years in fostering the interests of the jewelry industry and uniting all through the guiding principle that the greatest values are to be found in raising the quality of human relationships.
