ACTRESS, PHILANTHROPIST GEENA DAVIS WEARS MATTIOLI TO GALA EVENTS IN NEW YORK May 16, 2012 (0 comments)
New York, NY--Oscar-winning actress Geena Davis wore Mattioli jewelry to the World Childhood Foundation USA Gala, March 8. The annual event, hosted by H.M. Queen Silvia and H.R.H. Princess Madeleine of Sweden, helps raise funds to support the foundation's work with children victims of abuse, families at risk, and street children in more than 16 countries around the world. Davis, founder of the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media, was the guest of honor and delivered a speech during the event. She is very active in the fight for gender equality in media and the entertainment industry at large.
Davis again wore Mattioli jewelry the following day, to a symposium hosted by H.M. Queen Silvia.
