We’re looking for a Business Coach with deep jewelry industry experience who’s ready to step into a high-impact role—guiding store owners, shaping leadership  teams, and driving measurable results.

 Be the Strategic Partner Owners Rely On
 Drive Real Business Results (Not Just Advice)
 Elevate Leadership & Team Performance

Who You Are:
You’re not just experienced, ---you’re credible. You’ve been in the industry, made decisions, and understand what actually works.
 Background in luxury jewelry retail (this is key)
 Strong grasp of retail financials (GMROI, turns, margins, KPIs) and inventory
 Comfortable working directly with owners and executive teams
 Able to balance empathy with accountability—you support, but you also push
 Strategic thinker who knows how to turn ideas into execution

Compensation & Details
 Starting salary: $90,000+ commission + profit share
 Location: Remote
