Armed Jewelry Robbery Ends with the Shooting Deaths of Father and Son November 16, 2025 (0 comments)

Chicago, Ill.--Local police, the Jewelers’ Security Alliance and others are turning to the public for help in identifying two men wanted for the shooting deaths of two jewelers during a robbery in the city’s Little Village neighborhood.

Police have released images of the suspects and video of the incident outside Joyeria Angelo's jewelry store where the murders allegedly occurred. Police reportedly said 20 shots were fired.

The murdered jewelers were 63-year-old Faustino Alamo Dominguez and his 25-year-old son, Luis Angel Alamo Dominguez.

According to police reports and surveillance videos one of the suspects entered the jewelry store at approximately 5:49 p.m. wearing a Chicago Blackhawks hoodie. He pulled a gun and robbed the business, police reportedly said. Moments later he fled the store chased by father and son. A brief struggle ensued and they were shot multiple times. Both victims were taken to a local hospital where they were pronounced dead. The gunman reportedly fled the scene in a white Maserati SUV. Several organizations are offering rewards:
