Paris, France--Boucheron has released its "Histoire de Style 2026" High Jewelry collection, a four-piece tribute to the Maison’s founder, Frédéric Boucheron. Creative Director Claire Choisne designed the capsule to reflect the founder's pioneering spirit, his background as a draper's son, and his specific aesthetic preferences.

According to a post by Boucheron, the first chapter, titled "The Address," pays homage to Boucheron’s 1893 move to 26 Place Vendôme. This necklace interprets the octagonal geometry of the square using monochrome white gold, black lacquer, and diamonds, centered on a 10.01-carat emerald-cut diamond. The complex articulated design required 1,107 hours of work to achieve.

Reimagining the "Question Mark" necklace invented in 1879, "The Spark" features a sequence of varied diamond cuts culminating in a 5.01-carat kite diamond. This asymmetrical piece, which challenged the rigid jewelry conventions of its time, required 323 hours of work to complete.

"The Silhouette" serves as a nod to Frédéric’s heritage as a cloth merchant. This fluid, sculptural creation is fully transformable and can be worn in six different ways. Set with over 2,500 round diamonds to mimic the drape of fabric, the piece required 1,652 hours of work.

"The Untamed" realizes an archival 1879 design that was never produced during the founder's lifetime. This iteration depicts ivy—a favorite motif of Frédéric for its "untamed" nature—using rock crystal fruits and "trembling" leaves to mimic realistic movement. The intricate assembly required 2,600 hours of labor.
