In Memoriam: Stanley Fisher, DA Gold
Delray Beach, FL—Stanley Fisher, a longtime sales rep in the jewelry industry, died February 21. He was 86.
Fisher was beloved by everyone he met in the industry, says Yuri Moshell, president of DA Gold, for whom Fisher worked for the last 15 years leading up to his retirement, about 12 years ago.
“He was very neat and handsome, and extremely funny. Everyone liked him and waited for him to come because of all the jokes he told,” Moshell told The Centurion. After his retirement, Fisher and his wife of 60 years, Estelle, moved from New York to Florida, where he indulged his passion for golf by working part-time at a golf club and playing as often as he could.
He is survived by Estelle and two children, Sayde (Michael) Rubin and Allan (Andrea) Fisher; two grandchildren and a cousin. Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Palm Beach County, FL.
