Hearts On Fire’s “Perfect Moments” Captures Personal Greatest Experiences
Boston, MA—Hearts On Fire has created and launched a social media platform called “Perfect Moments,” a social storytelling community that allows people to share experiences they deem perfect moments, in an environment focused solely on positive happenings.
Users share their moment on a global map, pinpointing its location with an image and short description. They can also search by keyword or location to explore moments in specific areas and get ideas for events such as marriage proposals, date nights, and vacations. The moments shared are truly any “perfect” moment – an unforgettable wedding, a great ski ride, a baby’s birth, an amazing concert, a relaxing vacation, and more.
“The Hearts On Fire DNA has always been about helping our customers celebrate life’s perfect moments,” said Caryl Capeci, vice president of marketing. “By giving everyone a digital platform to document and share their best experiences with friends and family, we help them embrace these moments in a timeless, enjoyable manner.”

Audemars Piguet Sues Movado, Tommy Hilfiger
New York, NY—In a lawsuit filed here last week, Swiss watchmaker Audemars Piguet accused American designer Tommy Hilfiger and his watch-licensing partner Movado Group of deliberately copying its famous Royal Oak watch design.
According to this article in Women’s Wear Daily, Audemars Piguet cited trade dress and trademark infringement, saying the Movado/Hilfiger “Eton” watch copied the Royal Oak’s signature octagonal bezel, attachment studs, and decorative pattern. The Swiss watchmaker claims to have repeatedly asked Movado/Hilfiger in writing to cease distribution of the watches.
In addition to an injunction barring further sales of the Eton watch, the Swiss watchmaker is seeking monetary awards from profits gained from previous sales of the watch, punitive damages, and legal costs.
