Rahaminov Wins PGI Award For Fancy Color Diamond Design

Los Angeles, CA—Rahaminov Diamonds was named the winner of the Fifth Anniversary Design Challenge category in PGI’s JCK Platinum Innovation Awards. PGI-USA challenged all designers to create one platinum jewelry piece inspired by the traditional five-year anniversary gift of wood.

“Get in tune with nature, and incorporate this theme into your unique platinum piece,” was the directive from PGI. Rahaminov’s winning “Vibrant Bloom” ring (left) spans across the color spectrum of pink, purple, blue, green, orange, and yellow; the palette inspired by nature.

“It was such a great achievement to have won this award considering this was the first year we entered the Platinum Innovation Awards competition,” said Amir Goldfiner, CEO of Rahaminov Diamonds.

A week prior, Rahaminov Diamonds announced an unveiling of their exquisite and rare jewels being debuted at JCK Las Vegas. Six pieces were showcased at the Rahaminov booth, including one of the most tantalizing and rare bluish-green radiant diamonds, named the “Vivid Ocean.” Also on display was the “Golden Majesty,” a colossal natural fancy yellow diamond weighing 40.23 cts; the “One Hundred” bracelet created with a collection of 100 fancy-color diamonds weighing 100 cts; the “Pink & Green,” a 2.05 ct natural fancy yellow-green cushion diamond with natural pink melee; the “Fancy Pink,” a 7.09 ct. radiant diamond; and finally, the “Vibrant Bloom”, the rare collection of eight GIA-certified natural fancy color diamonds which was the winning piece.
