According to this report in The Telegraph, her boyfriend of a year, Eton-educated millionaire James Matthews, proposed with a stunner of a ring—an Asscher cut that looks to be upwards of three carats, surrounded by an octagonal halo of round diamonds and set in either platinum or white gold, according to Annabel Davidson, the paper’s luxury jewelry expert. Other experts concur that the size appears to be at least three carats, though estimations of its value vary from £150,000 to £200,000+ ($197,000 - $262,000).
