CENTURION 2012 EDUCATION PROGRAM FEATURES JON PARKER AND DEBBIE DERN ON KEEPING YOUR BEST EMPLOYEES December 22, 2011 (0 comments)
Merrick, NY--Employee relations is another key topic for Centurion’s Retailer Roundtables. Each year, attendees look forward to the times they can sit with the experts, as well as their fellow retailers, and take home good ideas that work. Jon Parker and Debbie Dern of DJP Executive Search will host the “Keeping the Best Employee Talent” Roundtable at Centurion 2012.
“In the current economic climate, finding people in need of a good job isn’t that difficult. The challenge lies in finding the right people—locating talented people with passion, drive, and a heart to serve others,” said Jon Parker. “We are hopeful that the time invested with the retailers who participate in our roundtable will help them produce ways that they can more easily identify people with those much sought after attributes that are the key components in breeding excellent sales professionals.”
“Jon and Debbie have years of practical experience and much wisdom to share on this subject,” said Centurion president Howard Hauben.
The 2012 Show begins Centurion’s second decade with a move to Scottsdale, Arizona. Show dates are January 28 (arrival day) through January 31, 2012. For more information, please contact Howard Hauben at hh@centurionjewelry.com or (516) 377-5909. Visit Centurion online at www.centurionjewelry.com.
