Centurion Day 3: Robert Procop, Tacori, Bellarri, Dharm, Royal Asscher, Smiling Rocks and More February 04, 2025 (0 comments)

Phoenix, AZ--The final day of the three-day Centurion Show saw a decline in buyer traffic, which is typical for the last day of a trade fair. But some booths were still quite busy.
For example, high jeweler, Robert Procop said that his booth has been busy throughout the day as it was throughout the show (which I can verify). Procop, known internationally for his exceptional gemstone-centric jewels was a last-minute addition to the show. But his reputation is so great that retailers filled his appointment book.

Among the pieces he was shown was a 106.20-carat oval translucent light-blue Mozambique Paraiba, named “The Magnificent.” It was among the gems he showcased during an exhibition of 100-carat gems in London in 2024 and at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County in 2021 and 2022.
He revealed this along other high jewelry pieces for his retail clients, including “American Glamour” which features multi-colored roughly paved jewels and his Luminous collection, which features celestial-themed jewels.

For the second consecutive year, fine jewelry brand, Tacori, chose to display its latest jewelry creations outside in one of the Arizona Biltmore’s villas. Among the pieces they presented, was a new collection of three-stone rings. The company, known for its crescent motif, says it is purposely going against the trend of a solitaire ring on a thin band to create something more robust and more personal. In fact, they say bold, unique and personal is what couples are looking for today.

Lab-grown diamond company, Smiling Rocks, has elevated these man-made gems to luxury status, says co-founder, Zulu Ghevriya, through their innovated designs and applications. For example, there is a necklace that combines round orange sapphires with round natural orange sapphires, which he says shows that natural and lab-grown gems can coexist.
