We are currently seeking a Jewelry Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Liaison with production team through every step of the manufacturing process. Coordinating with polishers, jewelers, setters, designers, and casters.
Inventory management for ordering and balancing stock.
Drive and motivation to meet production and quality requirements.
Work with menu driven computer screens to account for diamonds.
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years minimum experience working with a production team.
Proficient in working with tweezers.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with a diverse group of individuals.
Organized, detail oriented, computer literate, able to prioritize and to multi-task.
Salary is commensurate with experience, and excellent benefits included.

Located in the heart of Lighthouse Point, the design team is lead by 20-time award-winning designer, Robert Pelliccia Designs.
We are currently in Hiring an Experienced Bench Jeweler Goldsmith.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to…
• Service and repair clients’ jewelry repairs while providing excellent quality and customer service.
• Perform a quality inspection on all completed repairs to ensure the highest customer service standards are met.
• Be willing to aid in the training of others and maintain all bench tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe bench area for repairs to be completed.
• Ensure all precious metals, stones and findings are controlled to reduce expenses and increase profit.
• Other duties that may be assigned by management.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of two years’ experience in jewelry repairs.
• Demonstrated proficiency and skill in the areas of sizing, chain repair, prong, simple stone setting repairs, and polishing or other finishing techniques.
• Must be able to complete app. 20-30 repairs on average per day dependent upon level of difficult.
• Must be able to read and understand instructions to complete repairs.
• Must be willing to train and share knowledge and experience.
• Must be organized and able to communicate with others.

Vendor Relations Specialist Needed
New York, NY--Virtual Diamond Boutique is looking for a Vendor Relations Specialist responsible for nurturing new and old supplier relationships, generating sales, supporting and maintaining existing accounts. Ideal candidate would be a results driven self starter that excels at developing lasting relationships and closing sales. Must be tech savvy, with connections within the trade, organized and have high energy. THIS IS A SALES POSITION.
As a Vendor Relations Specialist , you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, nurturing and closing sales opportunities.
- Initiating calls with potential vendors and getting them to list on our marketplace.
- Answering any questions regarding our family of products.
- Scheduling training sessions for vendors to learn how to use our features.
- Identifying pain points and presenting solutions to customers.
- Continue to develop relationships with vendors and provide support as needed.
- Convey customer requirements to the Product and Management teams.
As a Vendor Relations Specialist , you must have the following requirements:
- You love technology and can explain it well to people who do not understand technology.
- You’re a self-starter who gets things done.
- You’re inspired by great products and want to work with a product you can believe in.

Dallas, TX--Sylvie Collection, a three-time national award-winning bridal jewelry brand, is currently seeking an experienced, independent sales manager for the West Coast region.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help service and grow the significant momentum being seen with the brand across the West Coast. This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and prospective retail partners in the territory to provide a strong customer experience and direct, personal engagement with our bridal jewelry brand. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing, business development and customer service teams to manage daily order flow, new order generation and joint Sylvie-Retailer advertising efforts.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and manage on-the-ground sales activity at key retail partners in states within territory
• Engage in ongoing prospecting and opportunity identification across the territory
• Service client stock order processing, replenishment and special custom orders for all of West Coast
• Monitor all sales activity at retail partners to ensure correct merchandise amount and assortment replenishment
Preferred qualifications and skills:
• Effective communication with existing and prospective retail partners, internal office personnel and fellow industry members
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a highly dynamic, digital environment
• Experience working with CRM and ERP software
• Excellent written / oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
