The position requires at least three years of experience in luxury retail, focusing on customer service and sales. The role involves assisting clients in selecting jewelry and watches, providing recommendations, handling transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Candidates should be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the watch or jewelry industry is preferred.
Responsibilities include achieving store sales targets, building client relationships, maintaining a client book, and supporting store operations. The role also requires flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends.
Weston Jewelers offers a salary of $50,000 per year, commission, and full benefits. The company operates from Sunday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
