The closure of the decades-old shop was a good sign for the owner of Diamond Castle Jewelers, Kevin Ansara, to decide to move downtown in the city west of Detroit.
"Plymouth is a great town. Wonderful people," he said, as per a report. "It was a great opportunity. We couldn't pass it up."
The fourth-generation jeweler with family origins in Palestine is excited to be even closer to several of his clients.
The report notes that the new outlet opened on December 16 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Ansara stated that he was still working on getting more stocks in the display, such as lab-grown diamonds.
The jeweler said that customers looking for diamonds would find this store of great help.
"We do half-carat diamond engagement rings to 10 carat diamond engagement rings," he said, per the report. "I'm figuring out the identity of what the consumer is asking for here."
The new outlet is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Learn more about it on diamondcastlejewelers.com.
