Las Vegas, NV--Diamonds Do Good (DDG) recognized leaders who represent the tenet that “Doing Good is Good Business” during a sold-out gala event on the eve of the opening of JCK Las Vegas.

Beyoncé stylist, Shiona Turini received Diamonds Do Good’s “Diamond Influence Award” reflecting both the prestige and enduring impact of natural diamonds in pop culture while acknowledging her significant contribution to shaping and influencing diamonds in the cultural landscape.

Luxury retailer London Jewelers, the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), and Lisa Bridge, president and CEO of Ben Bridge Jeweler all received awards recognizing their leadership in adopting policies and programs that reflect the interconnectedness between building a successful business, having a social purpose, and caring for the community.

The crowd help raise an additional $50,000 during the program by purchasing Gabriel & Co.’s exclusively designed tiger-eye bracelets with diamond accents donated to DDG by board member Jack Gabriel and his brother Dominick.

The funds raised for the event will be used to provide educational and entrepreneurship grants to empower young people living in natural diamond communities worldwide.

Among the industry leaders and celebrities in attendance were jewelry designers Neil Lane and Meredith Marks of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City fame.
