Severine Ferrari, founder and editor-in-chief, announces the release of the premier issue of the magazine's all-video edition, delivering the beloved print magazine experience through an immersive playlist on YouTube.
A decade after ending its print run, Engagement 101 has maintained an active digital presence with social media and video content. Yet Ferrari recognized something essential was missing: the cohesive, curated magazine experience that had defined the brand's identity. This video-first format finally recaptures that vision.
To realize this approach, Ferrari personally undertook the complete journey of mastering video production and post-production, translating two decades of journalism and publishing expertise into a new medium.
"This anniversary issue represents more than just a milestone, it’s a complete reimagining of how to experience a magazine in an era where video is how most younger couples digest content," said Ferrari. "By learning every aspect of video production myself, I could ensure our authentic voice translated seamlessly into this format.”

Cooking with Rings: Jewelers and brides cook a romantic menu together while wearing their rings, sharing stories about engagement rings, proposals, relationships, and life. A relaxed, intimate look at how real people live with and love their jewelry every day.
The Ring Whisperers: A captivating exploration of the unique relationships that develop between couples and their jewelers, featuring two jewelers and two couples in stories that reveal the deeply personal dynamics behind selecting the perfect ring.
Romancing Utah: A documentary-style feature showcasing Utah's "Beehive State" proposal and engagement ring trends and the manufacturing hub for men's wedding bands. Viewers get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how men's bands with intricate inlays are crafted, while exploring current ring trends among Utah couples.
The playlist format maintains Engagement 101's signature table of contents structure, allowing viewers to navigate features as they would a traditional magazine, now enhanced with the emotional depth and visual storytelling that only video can provide.
