Exclusive Data Reveals that 14K Gold Leads All Metals When it Comes to Online Jewelry Searches February 26, 2024 (0 comments)
Newport Beach, CA--Exclusive data from jewelry technology company, GemFind, reveals that 14k gold is the most sought-after metal for jewelry, based on website searches.
The digital marketing and website design company based its findings on searches at hundreds of independent jewelers’ websites that it manages.
A total of 31.3% of searches on these sites was for 14k white gold, followed by 14k yellow gold at 26.2%. Platinum comes in at 9.2% of all searches followed by sterling silver (6.7%), 18k white gold (6.5%) and 14k rose gold (5.7%). All totaled, 14k gold makes up 63.2% of all searches.
The searches are for all types of jewelry products with prices ranging from $357,500 to $365.
