Yerevan, Armenia--H2 Events has teamed with the Armenian Jewellers Association (AJA) to offer designers and manufacturers easy access to the Russian and Eastern Bloc markets through the association's three-year-old Yerevan Show 2013. The show will take place October 28-30, 2013 in YEREVAN,  the capital city of Armenia.

Gagik Gevorkyan, president of AJA, has pledged to charter a flight from Russia to the Yerevan 2013 show with 200 Russian Jewelry store buyers. This offer, part of Gevorkyan's vision for the development of Armenia in general and the Armenian Jewelers Association and its international show in particular, will provide uncommon Russian market access for exhibitors. Gevorkyan is  also the head of major Russian jewelry manufacturer Estet as well as the first Armenian president of the Russian Jewelers Guild, the largest jewelers association in Russia.

The location of the show has been established by the Armenian Government as a duty-free zone, meaning no taxes will be collected by Armenia from exhibitors who sell goods at the show to non-Armenian attendees (local sales taxes will apply to goods sold to Armenian attendees). The show also allows delivery. Sales taxes may be due to the government of the exhibitor upon return to their country.

"H2 Events has long been interested in assisting designers and manufacturers in accessing growing markets like Russia and Eastern Europe and China and this new relationship with AJA and Yerevan Show 2013 opens up great possibilities on that front," said president Howard Hauben. "Not only will exhibitors find interested Russian and Eastern Bloc retailer attendees at Yerevan Show 2013, they will also have an opportunity to explore Armenia as a friendly hub from which to develop a sales strategy for the region."

Designers and manufacturers interested in participating in this year's Yerevan Show should call Howard Hauben at H2 Events at 516-331-5586 or email hh@h2consult.com
