Pusenkoff expressed gratitude for the recognition and outlined her plans for the grant. "I feel incredibly honoured and very grateful to have been selected by the jury as the WJA Carelle Grant winner," she stated, per the announcement. The grant will support the creation of a virtual reality (VR) showroom intended to improve the online shopping experience for her international clientele.

As a GIA Graduate Gemologist and an Accredited Jewelry Professional, Pusenkoff has been instrumental in fostering education and collaboration through her role as founder of the GIA Alumni Collective Germany Chapter.

The upcoming VR showroom will offer a fully immersive and interactive shopping environment, allowing customers worldwide to engage with her jewelry designs and fashion accessories in a novel way.
