Neenah, WI--Jewelers Mutual Group announced in a news release that its LUX Digital Vault mobile app has received a gold award from the Insurance Marketing & Communications Association (IMCA). The award was presented at the IMCA Ignite 2024 Annual Conference, held from June 24th to 26th in Orlando, FL.

The LUX Digital Vault app integrates insurance into the jewelry purchase process, allowing customers to organize their collections, store receipts and appraisals, and activate a 15-day protection offer for new purchases. This provides time to evaluate insurance needs while the jewelry is protected.
Per the release, the app simplifies the insurance application process and maintains access to collections and preferred jewelers. It helps jewelers stay connected with customers post-sale, offering a convenient engagement tool. The app is free for both customers and jewelers.
