Jewelers Mutual Schedules October 13 Webinar on Real-Time Tactics for Robbery and Theft Response October 03, 2025 (0 comments)
Jacksonville, FL--Jewelers Mutual will hold the second session of its Asset Protection Educational Series on Monday, October 13, from 10 to 11 a.m. CST. The session, Real-Time Tactics to Manage a Criminal Incident, will feature officers from the Jacksonville, Florida, Sheriff's Office, according to the announcement.

Detective Sam Hackney of the Organized Retail Crime Division will cover prevention, investigation, and prosecution of organized retail crime, including evidence preservation and multi-jurisdiction response.
Officer Jason Palmer of the Real Time Crime Division will outline steps jewelers should take before, during, and after an incident, with emphasis on coordination with law enforcement.
Officer Michelle Wittrock, also of the Real Time Crime Division, will discuss how real-time intelligence programs can support store security.
The webinar will address burglary, robbery, smash-and-grab thefts, and active shooter threats. Attendance is limited to registered participants within the industry.
