JA Announces 2025 CASE Award Winners August 05, 2025 (0 comments)
New York, NY--Jewelers of America (JA) has announced the winners of its 35th annual CASE Awards, its national jewelry design competition for member companies.

First-place winners were selected from more than 150 entries in eight categories, divided by retail price and by JA retail or supplier membership: up to $5,000; $5,001–$10,000; $10,001–$20,000; and $20,001–$75,000. Entries were judged on design, marketability, originality, and manufacturing quality.
2025 CASE Award Winners:
Retailer Categories
- Up to $5,000: German Kabirski (Lake Worth, FL) – Riona Pearl Earrings in sterling silver with white shell pearls, plated in 18K yellow gold and black anthracite ($480).
- $5,001–$10,000: Tresor Collection Inc., designer Puja Bordia (Coral Gables, FL) – 18K yellow gold earrings with Sleeping Beauty turquoise (9.82 ctw), diamonds, and blue sapphires ($9,000).
- $10,001–$20,000: Ricardo Basta Fine Jewelry (Los Angeles, CA) – Platinum ring with 2.09-carat fancy-cut, fancy natural color diamond and white diamonds (0.12 ctw) ($16,500).
- $20,001–$75,000: Rosario Navia (New York, NY) – 18K yellow gold spiral-inspired engagement ring with bezel-set 2.00-carat round brilliant diamond (D/VVS2) ($29,000).
Supplier Categories
- Up to $5,000: Benedicte de Boysson (Miami, FL) – 18K rose gold earrings with cabochon grey moonstones and diamonds (0.12 ctw); removable cuff with carved grey moonstones ($2,450).
- $5,001–$10,000: Martha Seely Design (Carlisle, MA) – Starburst earrings in 14K yellow gold with lab-grown diamonds (3.28 ctw) ($5,650).
- $10,001–$20,000: Lindsey Scoggins Studio (New York, NY) – 18K rose gold convertible earrings with cushion-cut green tourmalines (4.00 ctw total) and pavé diamond petals; can be worn in multiple configurations ($16,000).
- $20,001–$75,000: Vanessa Fernández Studio (Miami, FL) – 18K yellow gold Toi et Moi ring with 2.00-carat fancy color light brown pear-shaped diamond (VVS2, GIA) and 1.50-carat fancy color brown-yellow pear-shaped diamond (VS1) ($50,000).
The judging panel included Brecken Branstrator (GemGuide), Tanya Dukes, Amanda Gizzi (JA), Michelle Graff (National Jeweler), Marisa Perry (Marisa Perry Atelier), Adrianne Sanogo (Black in Jewelry Coalition), and Amina Sorel (Amina Sorel Fine Jewelry).
The CASE Awards are sponsored by Synchrony and Jewelers Mutual and are open to employees of JA member companies.
