New York, NY--Jewelers of America (JA) announced the recipients of its 2026 20 Under 40 Program. The annual recognition celebrates young professionals under the age of 40 who exemplify exceptional leadership, creativity and commitment to advancing the jewelry industry.

The 20 Under 40 Program was launched in 2022 to highlight emerging talent in the jewelry retail space. In 2025, JA expanded the program to include a second category—jewelry suppliers—to recognize the contributions of individuals working in design, manufacturing, wholesale, and service companies that support the jewelry retail market.

A total of 40 individuals made this year’s class: 20 representing jewelry retailers and 20 representing jewelry suppliers.

All recipients were selected by a panel of industry judges and evaluated on their professional success, innovative thinking, leadership qualities and dedication to the greater jewelry community. Each nominee also demonstrated a commitment to the JA Code of Professional Practices and the highest standards of professional ethics.

“We are thrilled to celebrate this year’s 20 Under 40 class, an inspiring group of professionals who represent the next generation of leadership in our industry,” says David Bonaparte, President and CEO of Jewelers of America. “By continuing to recognize both retailers and suppliers, the program highlights the collaboration and creativity that fuel the jewelry community.”
