Jewelry Store in Bellmore Robbed in Daylight Smash-and-Grab August 26, 2024 (0 comments)
Bellmore, NY--On the afternoon of August 22, a group of individuals forcibly entered Philip Joseph Jewelers on Sunrise Highway and carried out a daring robbery.

According to a news report by Patch Bellmore, the incident occurred just before 1 p.m. when the suspects began smashing glass display cases with sledgehammers, quickly making off with a selection of jewelry.
The robbers fled the scene in an unknown direction, leaving the store damaged and shaken.
The report added that the Nassau County Police Department is investigating the incident and urges anyone with information to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
