Founded in 1973 by Russell Korman, the business has moved several times over the decades. After the retirement of Korman and family members in 2018, Kat and Larry Stokes took ownership. Construction on the new store began in January 2024, led by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture with interiors by Kelle Contine Interior Design. The site was previously occupied by the University Cyclery, which closed in 2017.

According to the report, the Jewel House features retail space across three levels. The main floor features Rolex display lounges, the second floor houses a Rolex Certified Pre-Owned section, and the lower level contains a Rolex Service Center where customers can observe the servicing process.

Korman carries jewelry designers such as Single Stone, Viltier, FOPE, Artemer, Peruffo, Temple St. Clair, and Goshwara. The report noted that watch brands include Tudor, Omega, Blancpain, Grand Seiko, Ressence, and Trilobe. The store also provides private viewing rooms, a bridal salon, custom design, resizing, repairs, and cleaning services.

The Jewel House is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
