Allentown, PA--Esteemed Lehigh Valley-based jeweler, C. Leslie Smith, has declared its physical location's impending closure to pivot towards its online business. Recognized for its hand-crafted silver jewelry, design gallery and gifts, the brand announced this move on social media.

According to a report published by The Morning Call, the retailer's 311 S. Cedar Crest Blvd premises displayed considerable discount signs on Friday, ranging from 50% to 70% off all items. This attracted a significant influx of patrons eager to avail of the sale.

The report noted that Toronto's Slate Grocery REIT, owner and operator of the shopping center where the store resides, declined to comment on the lease matter. This move follows C. Leslie Smith's history of location shifts since its inception in the 1950s, the most prominent of which was its long-term presence at 921 Hamilton St., Allentown.

As the company embarks on its digital journey, C. Leslie Smith says that the same dedication to quality and design will be upheld online.
