According to a video by Miss Oklahoma City Katelyn Woods on the missoklahomacityok Instagram, page, the jeweler utilizes a multi-step process for custom designs. Lewis explained that creations begin with hand-drawn sketches on paper before transitioning to computer-aided design (CAD) software.
"That 3d printer would actually print a mold of that particular piece that becomes turned into a casting," Lewis stated in the video.
The video noted that the process involves lost wax casting in gold, followed by polishing and diamond setting. While a single item can be completed in approximately one week, custom projects typically require three to four weeks to manage concurrent production schedules.
Lewis also addressed his involvement with the Miss Oklahoma organization, which began with his sponsorship of former winner Taylor Burget. The video highlighted his current role as a sponsor and his personal tie to goddaughter and former titleholder Megan Gold.
