New York, NY--Joshua Kaufman, CEO of Martin Flyer is raising money for Dolphins Challenge Cancer to fund cancer research at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. The Miami Dolphins’ signature fundraising event attracts thousands to ride, run and walk to fight cancer.

Kaufman, a cyclist, says he looks forward to ride with his friends who all have a “burning desire” to raise money to fight this disease. “This is very personal to me as I have close friends and family who are fighting cancer and who have kicked cancers ass,” he said. “It’s my goal to raise as much money as I can to advance the life-saving research, so I am asking for your help.”

Kaufman is asking those in the jewelry to support his ride by donating to the cause. All gifts are 100% tax deductible.

All gifts are tax-deductible and 100% of all funds raised will go directly to cancer research and improving the lives of those impacted by cancer through Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, Kaufman said. Visit https://dolphinscancerchallenge.com/participants/50067 to learn how.

This year, Martin Flyer celebrates 80 years of manufacturing classic diamond jewelry with a specialty in bridal jewels. The company was founded in 1945 by Martin Flyer and was transformed into a brand name by Martin’s son, Gary Flyer. Today, it is run by Kaufman, a member of the business’ third generation.

“We approach Bridal as experts and our goal is to educate our customers and teach them how to get engaged and married. This is why we created our bridal brand FlyerFit,” kaufman said. "The technology ensures that all engagement rings are made so the band fits perfectly next to it. The concept is classifying today’s different types of bridal jewelry looks so the consumer chooses the perfect ring for them."

Martin Flyer’s motto is “The Quality You Expect, The Personal Service You Deserve,” which remains a cornerstone of the business.
