Yardley, PA—Last spring, when the nation came face-to-face with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare workers, Timothy W. Foster of T. Foster & Co. Fine Jewelers, created a special jewelry collection designed to raise funds for local organizations honoring frontline workers. He and his wife, Suzanne, have been creating custom jewelry since 1982.

Now Foster’s customers have a double incentive to buy: in addition to feeling good about helping others, they can say they’re wearing an award-winning piece that made their local news. Foster’s Tranquility earrings (image) in 18k yellow gold, diamonds, and emeralds (image), won the Business/Day Wear Manufacturing Honors in the 2020 AGTA Spectrum Awards, and the local newspaper recently celebrated the jeweler’s honor in a feature article.

A portion of each sale of any piece from Foster’s “Together” collection will be split between two charities, The Ivins Outreach Center and St. Mary Medical Center, and the Fosters set a fundraising goal of $50,000, reports the Bucks Local News.

Tranquility’s starburst motif inside a circle is designed to evoke the theme of coming together, says the paper. The Tranquility line includes both pendants and earrings, and can be made with emeralds, rubies, or sapphires. Prices start at $1,500 for pendants and $3,500 for earrings.

This is Foster’s second Spectrum honor; his first, for an orange sapphire ring, was in 2016.
