Pandora Shifts Headquarters From Baltimore to Times Square December 14, 2022 (0 comments)
New York, NY--Pandora is shifting its headquarters from Baltimore to 1540 Broadway, the former Bertelsmann building.

The store, per a report, will take around 30,000 square feet of space on the 35th floor of the building. The asking rent is $82 per square foot for a 15-year lease.
According to the report, Pandora decided to make the move drawn by the views and the building's new amenities center.
The 44-story tower — now 70% leased — is owned by Edge Fund Advisors and HSBC.
