Staten Island, NY--Gerald Peters opened its new flagship store in Dongan Hills on June 27, hosting an event attended by clients, family, and guests including comedian and actor Pete Davidson.

The store is located at 1461 Richmond Rd. and marks an expansion for the business. According to the Staten Island Advance, the opening event was organized by the Amerosi family—Jerry, Gerald, and Peter—and included displays of jewelry for guests to try on.

According to the report, caterer Peter Callahan prepared edible “caviar rings,” linking the evening’s jewelry theme to the food service. The report noted Callahan’s menu included hors d’oeuvres and plated dishes.

Event production was handled by Partners In Sound Productions, which provided lighting, floral arrangements, and décor, the report stated. Musician Joana Kaimi performed live during the evening.

Pete Davidson attended with his girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, according to the report. Photos from the event showed the Amerosi family alongside guests and staff.

During the event, Gerald Amerosi said, “At Gerald Peters, our mission is to celebrate milestones in life—but the grand opening celebration was truly to celebrate our clients who have trusted us and built our reputation over the last four decades,” per the report.

Tara Marano, experience liaison, added that the evening was planned to reflect the brand’s history and connection to clients. “Every moment was thoughtfully curated to honor our clients, our history, and the craftsmanship that defines Gerald Peters,” she said.

The new flagship is part of Gerald Peters’ continued expansion on Staten Island.
