According to Fashion Network, the initiative brings together notable figures, including Jane Fonda, America Ferrera, and Mariska Hargitay, to spotlight a sobering statistic: one in three women worldwide experiences domestic violence.

As Fashion Network reported, the campaign features a black-and-white video where Fonda urges viewers to “just look around you,” while Hargitay reinforces the message by emphasizing the prevalence of domestic violence. Ferrera reiterates the statistic, highlighting its severity. The campaign seeks to push beyond passive awareness, encouraging individuals to become “social sentinels” who actively recognize and respond to domestic violence.

In addition to Fonda, Ferrera, and Hargitay, the campaign includes actress Laura Harrier, Italian Olympic athlete Mattia Furlani, and neuroscientist Professor Gianvito Martino of San Raffaele Vita-Salute University in Milan. Sabina Belli, CEO of Pomellato and founder of the #PomellatoForWomen platform, also takes part in the initiative.

As per Fashion Network, Belli stated that domestic violence is “a collective wound that scars society as a whole” and called for a shift from awareness to action. She emphasized the need for vigilance, courage, and systemic change, warning that silence does not signify neutrality but rather complicity.
