Los Angeles, CA—A showstopping yellow diamond ring (image) from luxury brand Rahaminov Diamonds will be part of a new exhibit at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles.
The yellow cushion diamond ring, set in platinum, will be displayed at the Gem Vault for the exhibit “Brilliance: The Art and Science Of Rare Jewels,” opening December 8. The exhibit will explore how gems and minerals are used in a wide variety of fields, from jewelry design to scientific research in geology, chemistry, physics, and other disciplines. Rahaminov Diamond’s 50.55 fancy intense yellow diamond will be on display along with more than 100 spectacular necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, and unmounted gems, alongside minerals from the Museum’s collection.
The 70-year-old Rahaminov family business, now in its third generation, began as a supplier of fine rare diamonds and under the vision of designer Tamara Goldfiner, evolved to a luxury brand of diamond jewelry.
