Saks Global Launches Seller Success Track for Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus Associates October 29, 2025 (0 comments)
New York, NY--Saks Global has introduced a new Seller Success Track Program for high-performing associates at Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. The initiative aims to formalize growth opportunities for top sellers while strengthening customer relationships.
According to the company's statement, the program begins when a selling associate reaches $1 million in annual sales, designating them as an Emerging Stylist or Emerging Seller.
Participants can progress through multiple levels up to Master Stylist or Master Seller—achieved at $7 million or more in sales. Each level offers incentives such as client acquisition support, business assistance, and travel budgets to meet clients.
Emily Essner, President and Chief Commercial Officer at Saks Global, said the company is investing in "personalized development" to strengthen its sales foundation and maintain its position in luxury retail.
The program covers two types of associates: Stylists, who manage full wardrobes, and Sellers, who focus on specific merchandise categories. Saks Global said the approach tailors growth to each associate's experience and client portfolio.
A new role, Global Stylist, was also announced. These stylists will serve clients across all Saks Global brands and locations, providing consistent service across channels.
Mary McGreevy, Chief Stores Officer for Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus, said the program "meets each seller where they are" and aligns with Saks Global's "Art of You" vision of personalized luxury.
The program begins in November, with a full rollout planned for 2026.
