New York, NY--The 24 Karat Club of the City of New York annual banquet, the longest-standing and most prestigious event in the jewelry and watch industry, is returning to the newly renovated Waldorf Astoria New York on March 14, 2026.

The historic venue, which has long been synonymous with elegance and grandeur, has undergone a transformative restoration, and will once again serve as the timeless backdrop for one of the industry’s most illustrious evenings.

Founded over a century ago, The 24 Karat Club of the City of New York has built a reputation for celebrating excellence, craftsmanship and enduring relationships within the fine jewelry and timepiece community. The Club’s annual banquet is the longest-running New York-based event to host its annual celebration at the Waldorf Astoria consecutively until the hotel closed for renovations eight years ago. The annual 24 Karat Club banquet holds a unique and historic connection to this legendary venue. The Waldorf’s reopening in this past July marks not just a new chapter for the hotel, but a homecoming for the Club and its members.

“The Waldorf Astoria has always been more than just a venue for us—it has been the home of our banquet, a symbol of the sophistication and tradition that define The 24 Karat Club,” said Jeffrey Cohen, Chair of The 24 Karat Club of the City of New York. “To return to its reimagined halls is both an honor and a celebration of our shared history.”

The newly reopened Waldorf Astoria boasts a meticulous restoration of its legendary Art Deco interiors, along with state-of-the-art amenities and refined luxury accommodations. The 24 Karat Club’s return to this iconic setting will mark a new chapter in its history, the organization says.
