New York, NY--Diamond and jewelry manufacturer, Facets of Fire, reaffirmed its commitment that only natural diamonds will become Facets of Fire diamonds, saying it believes “their customers deserve the best, which means “offering them only rare, responsibly sourced natural diamonds.”

"Our commitment to exclusively selling natural diamonds is more than a business decision. It is a commitment to our customers that every time they see the signature sparkle of a Facets of Fire diamond, they know they are viewing a beautiful, natural diamond," said CEO Glenn Markman.

The market has become “flooded” with lab-grown diamonds, which has driven down the cost of all diamonds, Markman said. It’s difficult for customers to distinguish between natural and lab-grown diamonds forcing them to rely on lab reports or specialty viewing devices to verify their diamond's authenticity.

Facets of Fire says its diamonds are cut using patented nanotechnology, which makes their natural diamonds easy to distinguish from lab-grown diamonds.

“Every Facets of Fire diamond has hundreds of thousands of invisible nanoprisms in addition to the traditional 58 facets,” Markman said. “These nanoprims act as facets within facets, allowing the Facets of Fire diamonds to shine seven times brighter with more sparkle, fire, and brilliance.”

The improved light performance gives these natural diamonds a distinctive look, making them instantly recognizable, he said.
