New York, NY--Tiffany & Co. has announced an exclusive collaboration with Pokémon. This collection, designed by American artist Daniel Arsham, is set to feature a design approach that gives each piece a distinctive “crystallized” appearance.

The collection showcases a range of oxidized sterling silver pendants, each with diamond accents and representing six popular Pokémon characters: Charmander, Squirtle, Jigglypuff, Cubone, Mew, and Pikachu. These pendants are also featured on an oxidized sterling silver necklace.

Pikachu, arguably the most famous Pokémon, receives special treatment with its very own 18k yellow gold pendant, available in two sizes, both with diamonds. The gold pendants are presented in exclusive Tiffany blue Poké Ball boxes, while the other items are housed in custom-designed boxes bearing both the Pokémon and Arsham Studio logos.

“With my latest project with Tiffany, we’ve recontextualized Pokémon—a nod to my 2022 A Ripple in Time project in Tokyo—to orchestrate a new narrative,” said Daniel Arsham in a news release.  “With Pokémon and Tiffany, itself, there’s a sense of cultural permanence about each.”

This capsule collection, a collaboration between Tiffany, Arsham Studio and Pokémon, will be available at Tiffany’s flagship store in New York, their Omotesando location in Tokyo, and online. However, prospective buyers must sign up or schedule a private appointment to purchase these limited-edition items.

Per a report in KSBY, the silver pendants are priced at $1,290 each, the smaller golden Pikachu pendant is set at approximately $9,900, and the larger version is $29,000.

This Tiffany’s collection draws inspiration from Arsham’s 2022 art installation, "A Ripple in Time," in Japan, which presented Pokémon characters as futuristic, fossilized objects. The Pokémon characters in the Tiffany jewelry emulate this “ancient” aesthetic, resonating with Arsham's signature "Future Relics" style.

Daniel Arsham, discussing the collaboration, emphasized the cultural significance of both Pokémon and Tiffany, noting their enduring presence in popular culture. This unique collection promises to be a fusion of nostalgic charm and contemporary luxury.
