Forbes reported that the store, operated by New Jersey-based retailer The Kodak Group, offers a selection of seven Richemont-owned watch brands, including Vacheron Constantin, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, and Roger Dubuis.

With more than 50 stores across 14 countries, this U.S. entry had been planned for several years. Per the report, Emmanuel Perrin, CEO ad interim of TimeVallée, stated that the company carefully selected the American Dream Mall as its location and The Kodak Group as its partner to access the U.S. market.

The store, located in the luxury section of the mall known as The Avenue, joins other high-end retailers like Cartier, Gucci, and Tiffany & Co. The design features an open layout with no doors, allowing easy access for shoppers. The store includes seating areas and the Time Café, offering a more relaxed shopping experience.

Perrin highlighted in the report that entering the U.S., a mature retail market, posed challenges, but the partnership with The Kodak Group helped overcome them.

Bradley Kodak, co-founder of The Kodak Group, noted in the report that the store draws affluent customers from Bergen County, New Jersey.

The report added that TimeVallée plans to open three more U.S. locations and has recently expanded into Canada with a store in Montreal.
