Secaucus, NJ--Unique Designs Inc., a jewelry design and manufacturing company, has acquired the assets and business of the California-based China Pearl.

Established in 1983 by Harold Jabarian, president and CEO, China Pearl is a purveyor of premium pearls with an inventory catering to a diverse clientele, spanning from department stores and chain stores to independent retailers.

In addition to its core business, China Pearl also produces pearl jewelry under several brand labels offering clients private label goods and related services, including customized boxes and packaging.

China Pearl’s product line features Chinese Freshwater Pearls, Japanese Akoya Cultured Pearls, White and Golden South Sea Pearls from Australia and South East Asia, and Tahitian Black Pearls from French Polynesia.
