Seattle Police Seek Suspect in $27,000 Tiffany & Co. Robbery, Footage Released May 20, 2025 (0 comments)

Seattle, WA--Seattle police are seeking public assistance to identify a man suspected of robbing Tiffany & Co. in Downtown Seattle on January 2, according to the Seattle Police Department (SPD).

Officers responded at 4:40 p.m. to the 600 block of Pine Street. Per the report, the suspect entered the store posing as a customer, asked to try on a bracelet, and then ran out of the store without paying.
Security staff attempted to stop him, and a physical struggle took place. The suspect initially got away with the bracelet but was confronted again by a Pacific Place security officer. After another struggle, security managed to remove the bracelet from the suspect’s wrist before he fled. The bracelet was recovered and returned to Tiffany & Co.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, about 5’9” tall, 160 pounds, with short dark hair and a thin build. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing white Apple AirPods, a dark blue puffer jacket with a white North Face logo, a gray T-shirt, black pants, and black and white New Balance sneakers.
According to the SPD, the same suspect is also wanted by Bellevue police for a separate Tiffany & Co. robbery on December 26, 2024, involving a pavé bangle valued at $16,000.
Anyone with information about the suspect’s identity or location is asked to call 911 or the SPD Violent Crimes Tip Line at (206) 233-5000. Tips can be submitted anonymously.
