Video Shows Thieves Smashing Display Cases At Watch Repair Business September 16, 2023 (0 comments)
Newport Beach, CA--Video captured four thieves smashing their way into a watch repair business in Newport Beach and taking off with more than $250,000 worth of luxury watches, reports television news station, KABC7 Los Angeles.
It happened September 8 around 4 p.m. at Jewelers On Time watch repair business on Riverside Avenue. The video shows a man holding the door as three thieves head straight for the display cases. One used a hammer to smash the glass and the other two grabbed the watches.

The owner reportedly said it all happened in less than 25 seconds. The group got away with a total of 23 watches.
The business specializes in Rolex, Patek Philippe and other high-end luxury timepieces, KABC reports.
