Merrick, NY--The staff of The Centurion Newsletter and the Centurion Shows wishes all our Jewish friends L'Shana Tovah, and wishes all our friends around the world to have ongoing peace, good health, and happiness.

Left: Apples and honey are traditionally eaten on Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, to symbolize the hopes for a sweet year to come. It also is customary to bake a challah bread in a round shape instead of its usual braided loaf, symbolizing both the continuity of the New Year and an opportunity for reflection and positive change.
