Women’s Jewelry Association Adds Three Members to Board January 14, 2026 (0 comments)

New York, NY--The Women's Jewelry Association has appointed three new members to its board: Kirsten Bertrand, Jennifer Thornton, and Brooke Whittaker, according to a Facebook announcement by the organization.

Kirsten Bertrand is Vice President of Regional Operations for Kay Jewelers in the Northeast, overseeing more than 1,200 field leaders and store managers across multiple states. She has spent 14 years with Signet Jewelers across the Kay, Zales, and Peoples brands and serves as co-chair of Signet's PRIDE Business Resource Group, the announcement stated.

Jennifer Thornton is a retail and executive leadership strategist and founder of 304 Coaching. According to the update, she has decades of experience in leadership development and has worked with organizations including the Natural Diamond Council, Hearts On Fire, and John Hardy.

Brooke Whittaker is Director of Virtual Sales at Signet Jewelers, where she leads connected commerce strategy and manages a remote team of virtual jewelry experts across North America. She also serves as co-chair of Signet's Women’s Business Resource Group, the announcement noted.

The organization said the appointments strengthen the board with experience in operations, leadership development, and retail strategy.
