Diamonds Are Worth It: Shoppers Say They’re Willing to Pay More April 20, 2025 (0 comments)

Newport Beach, CA--A survey of jewelry buyers based on their website searches shows a willingness to spend as much as possible for diamonds.

According to data exclusively obtained by Centurion, consumers are willing to spend anywhere from $500 to more than $10,000 for a diamond.

The top search results are for diamonds in the $2,501 to $5,000 range but many consumers are showing a willingness to spend less and far more. For example, the number two price range based on website searches is from $1,001 to $2,500 (16.9%), followed by searches for diamonds of more than $10,001 ($16.7%). Another 16.3% searched for diamonds from $501 to $1,000.

The data is based on more than 1 million consumer searches provided exclusively to the Centurion by GemFind, a digital marketing and website design company. The findings are from searches at hundreds of independent jewelers’ websites that GemFind manages.

GemFind categorized the from less than $100 to more than $10,001.
