Carelle Seeks Customer Service/Office Operations Manager August 19, 2015

Carelle Brand is looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of
Customer Service/Office Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have
experienced working for a Jewelry Manufacturer or Jewelry Brand.  This
position will provide administrative support to the President of the
Company, as well as handling Customer Service for the Brand.

What you’ll do:
•    Monitor the inventory levels at the stores on a monthly basis.
•    Create and analyze Monthly Sell In/Sell Through reports while
reporting to the Sales and     Merchandising teams.
•    Handle all Invoicing and Credit Invoices.
•    Answer all inquiries from Store Associates regarding available
merchandise and pricing of     special order requests.
•    Monitor open order reports to make sure production is on schedule.
•    Track all new and existing inventory and make sure pieces are
photographed, tagged, and     have passed quality control inspection.
•    Prepare and pack all jewelry, displays and supplies for annual
Trade Shows.
•    Purchase and stock basic office supplies as needed.

Candidate must be extremely organized, articulate, aware of detail, able
to work well under pressure, have excellent communication and telephone
skills, and have a amenable demeanor with customers. Must be proficient
with basic computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word,
Excel, and Photoshop.
