Fana is seeking an experienced Customer Service manager for an in-house position, based in Fort Lee, NJ.  Candidates should have experience handling special orders, specifically for high-end engagement rings.  Ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, personable and have a high energy level.  Verbal and writing communication skills are a must, as well as basic computer skills.  Salary and benefits are competitive.
