ABOUT US: Founded in 1994, Heather Moore Jewelry designs and manufactures the highest quality of personalized jewelry on the market today.
Located in Cleveland, Ohio, we create a handmade, custom product using a freehand technique where each character is individually hand stamped using a variety of precious materials.  Customers rely on Heather Moore Jewelry to create heirloom pieces that tell stories of family history to be passed down and worn for generations.
OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to be the newest member of our team.  This is a dynamic position which focuses on internal and external communication all while maintaining the culture of the company.
The primary responsibilities include project management, new product development and execution of marketing programs including advertising campaigns, promotions, social media and public relations.  Additionally, the Marketing Manager will work closely with the CEO and Sales Manager to achieve short and long-term strategic, sales and marketing objectives.
RESPONSILIBITIES / DUTIES:
• Manage/oversee Marketing and Graphics departments
• Administer budget of Marketing Department
• Operate trade show planning including: booth design, travel arrangements, print collateral and product displays
• Facilitate communication with press outlets for product launches and promotions
• Direct national and regional print marketing campaigns
• Supervise effective uses of digital advertisement and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest)
• Direct communication with retailer partners including promotional email blasts and the monthly newsletter
• Initiate and coordinate sales and marketing collateral for store distribution including: catalogs, post cards, business cards, look books and order forms
• Oversee website management including: maintaining collection offerings, digital creative, promotional campaigns
• Drive online catalog offerings via OPT and InterTrade
• Heavy involvement in pricing strategy and pricing analysis
• Maximizing web traffic by compiling and evaluating Google Analytics and Google Ad Words data
• Drive new product ideas and launches in conjunction with New Product Development and Sales Departments
• Establish relationships with philanthropic organizations to drive donations and increase brand awareness
• Implement in-store incentives in conjunction with sales team
• Create and apply archiving system for library of stamp tooling
• Develop video series and create video clips to stream promotional material and retailer resources
• Ensure internal company communication regarding product is fluid throughout all departments
• Make sure retail partners have access to current information and sales tools
• Communicate marketing guidelines and oversee marketing campaigns of retailer partners
• Create and streamline ideal product merchandising and in-store displays
• Design product packaging including: gift boxes, tissue paper, authenticity cards and thank you notes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• At least 4 years related marketing experience, preferably in the wholesale/retail or jewelry industry
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MBA a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong strategic and analytical competences
• Demonstrate leadership and project management strengths
• Excel in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with strong creative thinking
• Have an interest in jewelry or luxury items
