James Free Jewelers, a top 8-figure independent jeweler, seeks a proven, professional, personable and experienced Jewelry Store Manager / Leader for our Dayton, Ohio location.  Founded in 1940, James Free Jewelers is an industry leader in both loose diamonds and bridal jewelry sales. A few brands we represent are Rolex, David Yurman, Patek Philippe, Tag Heuer, Roberto Coin, Mikimoto, Cartier, Breitling, Marco Bicego, John Hardy, Charles Krypell, and house brands.

Position requires the ability to work closely with sales associates and management team to maximize sales and goal achievements.
 
Candidate must have proven jewelry sales performance and leadership experience. This Leader is responsible for continued sales growth, establishing and maintaining existing customer relationships, enhancing effective teamwork, and improving sales associate talent. This role is responsible for maximizing department volume in accordance with all store and company goals, policies, procedures, and techniques.
